I believe that one person can change the world….even if it is just for one person at a time. In 2008 after three of the most devastating years of my life I decided I wanted to change my world. I started a project to help others. I started small with thank you letters, being kinder, more patient and looking for ways to help others so I can eventually work my way up to my final goal. I am going to help provide health care to the poor, sick and needy and create help centers for those in need. If we are capable of comforting one who is in need, if we are able to protect one who is vulnerable than how can we not be the one to help the one.
I have returned to school to get my nursing degree and change my life and the world. I know that ONE PERSON CAN CHANGE THE WORLD! I have already changed mine. I have gone from a depressed stand up comedian with no feeling of self worth to a woman with a purpose and a mission and a belief that we are here to learn compassion. Helping others does wonders for helping yourself. I hope everyone will take time out of their day to help another…even if just in a small way…We could all do something to make someone’s day and sometimes that is all it takes to change their world. If we all pay it forward we can make the world a kinder, gentler and more loving place.
I am going to blog my way through my journey and eventually write a book on my journey as a crazy lady to change the world one person at a time!
follow me on twitter @thecrazylady01 or leave a comment or thought! Thanks for taking time to read the babblings of this crazy lady
I share the exact same passion with you. Not only me, I believe its millions out there. Also note that always it is a few people that have changed the route of the world. Also note that Internet is a powerful technology that can bring all ‘good’ together. I will be delighted to have a more regular communication with you, via your blog, e-mail anything!
Thank you so much for adding my blog to your blogroll list.
Your heartwarming message is so inspiring, I look forward to checking back often. Best of luck with your project!

Hello there,
It’s nice to have stumbled upon another blogger who has such compassion for others and for the world. I love your very positive attitude.
I’d like to think that I’m also doing the same thing, trying to do simple things that can somehow make some lives better. In my part of the world where poverty and lack of education is prevalent, I am trying, in my own little ways, to inspire young children to persevere in school and to continue studying to a project called Pens of Hope.
